About Ms. Chang
Hello! My name is Ms. Sheng Chang. I come from a family of five brothers and three sisters. I was the fourth child born in Laos. My family and I took refuge in Thailand during the Vietnam War, and in September 1989, my family and I came to America.
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a major in Elementary Education and a minor in English as a Second Language. In 2005, I spent the summer before I student taught studying abroad in Thailand. I love to travel and wish to do more of it in the years to come! In addition to traveling, I love to read.
I am happily married to Jay Xiong. We enjoy playing tennis and watching movies.
